RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return via your customer area.

Please note that exchanges are not available. Returns will be refunded or, upon request, a credit note valid for one year on our entire site.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, for hygiene reasons, only items meeting the following criteria may be accepted:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered items
  • Intact presence of labels and hygienic protections
  • Original packaging retained

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be excluded from the right of withdrawal. We invite you to carefully check your order before returning it.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Log in to your customer account

2. Select the “Returns” tab

3. Follow the instructions to submit your return request

4. Once your request is registered, we will review your request.

5. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with the address to ship the items to. Please ensure the package is delivered directly to this address . Deliveries to collection points will not be accepted.
⚠️ No returns will be processed without prior request via your customer account.

 

CHOICE OF CARRIER

You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. However, we strongly recommend that you keep proof of deposit. In the event of loss, no refund will be issued without proof.

Please also clearly state “Return of goods” on the shipping slip to avoid any additional costs or customs formalities.

RETURN COST

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.

REIMBURSEMENT PERIOD

Once the package has been received and checked, the refund will be made to the payment method used when ordering, within a maximum of 15 working days.
If you request a credit note, it will be sent to you by email.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you notice a manufacturing defect or damage to an item upon receipt, we invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible via the contact form available on our website.
